This soft, supple custom Patagonia down jacket is made for travel and everyday use. Stretchy 70% recycled polyester shell with 100% Recycled Down (duck and goose down reclaimed from down products). Add your company logo to this stylish and warm full zip for a lasting impression. Complex multi-color designs are welcome.
Efficient design and materials speak volumes about the custom Patagonia Silent Down Jacket's laudable features. The coat's shell is made of 2.2-oz 100% polyester (70% recycled) taffeta with mechanical stretch and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish and insulated with 700-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (duck and goose down reclaimed from down products). The center-front reverse-coil zipper has a metal snap placket for wind protection. Regular fitting silhouette layers well and stand-up collar retain warmth. Handwarmer pockets are lined with soft micro brushed jersey and secured with a snap; interior secured zippered pocket keeps valuables safe. Drawcord hem seals in warmth. Hip length.

In 1993, we adopted fleece into our product line made from post consumer recycled (PCR) plastic soda bottles. We were the first outdoor clothing manufacturer to do so. PCR® clothing was a positive step towards a more sustainable system – one that uses fewer resources, discards less and better protects people’s health.
Today, we’re able to utilize more sources for recycled polyester and offer it on more garments such as Capilene® baselayers, shell jackets, board shorts, and fleece. We now recycle used soda bottles, unusable manufacturing waste, and worn out garments (including our own) into polyester fibers to produce many of our clothes.
Using recycled polyester lessens our dependence on petroleum as a raw material source, curbs discards and reduces toxic emissions from incinerators.
